JMB Softball Interest Meeting - rescheduled!

Spring Sports are almost here.

On Friday, February 14, 8 JMB orchestra students traveled to Salisbury University for the first ever String Solo and Ensemble Prep Day. They participated in a masterclass about string playing techniques with college professors, got in-depth coaching on their performance pieces, listened to a presentation on furthering their music studies in college, and were treated to a performance by some members of the Salisbury Youth Orchestra. It was a great partnership opportunity between the university and our local schools, and we're excited to see how the in-depth experience pays off in their performances at our local Solo and Ensemble Festival in a few weeks!

Check out all of the great career exploration opportunities coming up at JMB in the next few weeks!

We know families and staff are wondering about tomorrow's school status, so we wanted to let everyone know that as of now, we anticipate opening on time and in schools Thursday, Feb. 13. If there were foggy conditions in the morning that necessitated a delay, families and staff would be notified through the usual process. We look forward to seeing everyone in school bright and early tomorrow.

Congratulations to our JMB eSports College Football 25 champion, Brendan Stasburger! Not only did he dominate the competition at JMB, but he also took down former Stephen Decatur state champion and current Division 1 tight end, Brycen Coleman of Vanderbilt University. Incredible performance, Burger—way to go!
